📦 Shipping Policy
Sweet Jay's ships to addresses within the United States.
Orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) depending on the order and destination.

Sweet Jay's is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Sweet Jay's is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or postal service for assistance.
⏱️ Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take a bit longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Sealed, unopened items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges (not refunds) are available on a case-by-case basis for sealed/unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was Sweet Jay's.
Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@sweetjayjay.comwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
💳 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
A duplicate order was charged due to a system error.
An item was never shipped and is confirmed lost in transit (after carrier investigation).
Sweet Jay's sent the wrong item, and a replacement is not available.
Refunds are NOT issued for: change of mind, buyer's remorse, items that didn't work as hoped, or products that were opened or used.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Sweet Jay's reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
📬 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately before opening further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging in your message.
If an item is missing from your order, contact us at support@sweetjayjay.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of what was missing.
We will make it right — replacement or resolution will be determined by Sweet Jay's on a case-by-case basis.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at support@sweetjayjay.com
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section.
Sweet Jay's reserves the right to cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., pricing error, out-of-stock item, suspected fraud) and will issue a full refund if we initiate the cancellation.
👑 Member Pricing Terms
Member pricing is available to customers enrolled in Sweet Jay's membership program.
Member discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and tied to the registered account.
Sweet Jay's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Members must maintain an active, in-good-standing account to access member pricing.
Abuse of membership pricing (e.g., reselling at discount, sharing credentials) may result in membership termination without refund.
🔁 Subscription Terms
Sweet Jay's may offer subscription options for select products or services.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Sweet Jay's to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence selected (weekly, monthly, etc.).
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellations do not generate refunds for charges already processed.
Sweet Jay's reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with advance notice to the customer.
Subscription orders are subject to the same processing, shipping, and return policies outlined in this document.
Sweet Jay's is not responsible for subscription charges if the customer fails to update their payment information or cancel before renewal.
